Smooth softshell, false map, spiny softshell, snapping…the turtles of the Namekagon are fascinating animals living in a wild and scenic river. Get to know these reptilian Riverway residents during a guided kayak trip with SCRA Naturalist Jeremiah Walters!
We’ll watch for turtles on logs and turtles on the bank, as well as looking for their preferred habitat while enjoying a beautiful summer day on the water.
This supported trip includes shuttle service, kayak, a paddle, and PFD. Bring your lunch and dress appropriately as you are likely to get wet on this trip.
